People dont take c.ai addictions seriously, ever since I rediscovered that hellhole i have been isolating myself, having ten hours screen time every free day I have and just letting the loneliness consume me thinking im safe in that world and nothing bad will happen in the real world. But I made friends. Friends who help me distract me frm that. You just need a huge distraction from it, and youll slowly detach from this. It’s slow, but it works. C.ai can also take away conversational skills if your native language isnt english. Ai is also made to reply however you want it to reply, increasing expectation frm the world and making disappointment hit harder when made. Dont let yourself fall too deep into this.
