Thats why i take in a glass of water first. Then i drink a double espresso with an equal amount of milk, and 2 sugars in it. I do this for my breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, (and drink more water in between, total about 2,5-3liter a day) and after that i eat a healthy whole foods dinner with lots of veggies and meat and such, low in carbs. Mostly only eating between 17:00h and 22:00h, like intermeded fasting. I do this day in day out. I feel good and energetic, and i am going back to my original weight (Ive lost 45kg in 20months time, being overweight after pregnancy weighing 130kg, now 85kg lenght 172cm). I do cheat when more active than normal or when on my period. And yes i snack sometimes and also have some chocolate or candy or fastfood when i feel like it, but just a little bit. Don't take this as an advise. This is just what works for me ✌️Do your own research, listen carefully to your body and do what feels good and really works for you 💃
