Thank you for sharing this! I grew up making these and wanted to share you don’t need milk or eggs for the dough, we always used water and butter instead with a spoon full of sour cream. I know in these hard times some people might not be able to afford eggs or may be lactose intolerant and wanted to share this alternative :)

pierogi my beloved, i make them every time my mood dips a lil bit. if you want sweet pierogi, a little cream cheese and whatever you preferred fruit preserves are, mixed together amd chilled for a lil bit? a+
