Policy should allow a rental agreement to suffice to release the car to the named lessees. Legally the tow company would be protected still. Kind of a crappy policy TBH.

It is not hard to legally park. We go to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge once a year or two. It is always crowded but we still manage to park legally and have fun. Yes you may have to walk a bit further than you originally planned.

that is total BS on both tow companies you both should be held liable for not being able to give her her property back personal items she has the keys to the vehicle you should have at least let her come the night before and get her personal belongings out of the vehicle and you wonder why you get a bad rap this is the perfect example of why you're getting a bad rap
