You should not use coconut oil for oil pulling. ayurved clearly explained you should use a bitter oil like sesame seed. also in India they won't use oil that's more than 3 days old. lauric acid in coconut oil will give you headaches and all the vitamins are fat. soluble. it's not the right thing..
