I’m so tired of feeling stupid, not being taken seriously, talked over, and ignored bro. I’m 27 but it never changes. The trauma from growing up like this has found itself in my marriage unfortunately. It’s so hard to get rid of that feeling when your family is forever and never changed. I was “the favorite” but it was before I developed my personality, now they say “idk where she came from” “she’s the kardashian of the family” “she’s the sensitive one”. Then they wonder why I don’t go out of my way to connect with them anymore.

The youngest daughter has the hardest. She has to mature at a young age. She had the expectations of the older daughter. She had to get the grades that her sister got. She always got compared to the older sister. She was born as a last resort to save a marriage. She was told to grow up but then she was also told to stay a kid and mind her own business. She was told that she was disrespectful t having an opinion. She is me.

Like seriously why do people always say being the youngest is the best. I watched my whole family split apart. I’m the last one at home. I have to finically take care of everything. I have to take care of myself. I’m the only one with my own backup savings. I’m the only one in university. All of the fallout landed on me
