Former nail tech here... never ever go back and forth with the file directly on the nail bed. Only use the file in one direction! Other than that, this is great!

So you don’t use an alcohol swab or a dehydrator? And you just use whatever glue comes with the nails and you truly can keep them on for two weeks?

I do the same routine except, I basically use alcohol to dehydrate the nail just before adhesion. I also, don't use glue, I use nail dots so to speak. They are super sticky and my nails last for at least 2 weeks. Also with those you can just stick oh back on if they do get loose. I'm not gentle on my nails and have been doing this for several years now. 😉
