@emily_ugc_content: #ad I kept seeing this high-protein cream cheese everywhere… so I finally went to Whole Foods to try it 👀 It’s the new Kite Hill Protein Cream Cheese and it actually has double the protein of regular cream cheese… which I love because I’m always trying to sneak in more protein. I made a quick snack plate with it and it’s so creamy and flavorful. This is something I’ll definitely be repurchasing. So…. Don’t wanna be a Debbie downers but I looked up the ingredients and nutritional content. The ingredients are pretty clean, so that’s good. However, per serving (2table spoons) it’s 2gram of protein! Which is barely anything. My Costco organic fudge bars have more protein (3grams) lol. I’d stick with non fat Greek yogurt (16-18 grams of protein) and add some lemon juice, salt, and seasoning and dip your veggies in that. But to each their own- the more you know!
