The way she worded her sentence is very specific and direct. Just because certain words may seem ‘complicated’ doesn’t mean they aren’t necessary. In my opinion these words aren’t even complicated but are just ultra specific which is necessary when you’re trying to make clear points. For example her choice of using the word ‘hyper fixation’ is excellent bc she is clearing referring on being super focused. Although she could’ve used the word focused, it’s not the same meaning as super focused, and why say super focused when there is a word for it, hyper fixation. So we can understand that she means being super focused on physical improvement… you know?

You failed to discuss her idea on it's merits and talked about her using complicated terms which in fact are not that complicated, if you understood what she is trying to convey then you should discuss the merits of her idea, I am okay if you are critiquing her communications style but you should also discuss her idea itself

Arguments can be made about “buzzwords” being thrown around in everyday speech for sure, but this isn’t where it’s at. Your summary misrepresented the statement. Sometimes *complicated terminologies* are necessary for precision in communication where a lack thereof, would result in lost meaning. My statement could even be a better example of your point. But that doesn’t take away from the fact that as a society, we need to learn what specific words mean.
