Yes exactly. Though I don't track some fruits, like berries. But fruits with a relatively higher calorie count I do, like apples and bananas. I also don't track leafy greens, 0cal or 5cal sauces, and coffee. Pretty much anything under 25 cal I don't track because I don't have enough of those things in my day to add up to a significant difference

Only thing I slightly disagree with is the fruit… I don’t track berries bc they’re so low calorie I know I’m not eating more than 50 calories of like raspberries for example. But I’m also doing a recomp journey so a bit different goal.
