My friends and I were 40 minutes early for an nyc flix bus, there was one bus there, THE DRIVER told us it was not ours. We had to wait until 1am to get on another. My mother did not buy the story, thought I was just covering our asses for missing it. She went 2 months later, the Same. Exact. Thing. Happened. TWICE. She was stranded until 6am

i’ve used flixbus for years and tbh they have literally picked up from locations they weren’t supposed to be at or left before the scheduled time. i always go half an hour early and track the bus cause i refuse to miss it

Was in Slovenia with friends (4 of us total), Flixbus was supposed to leave at noon, we get a cancelation email saying that's been canceled due to traffic and that the new departure time is 2:30 p.m. We decide to go on a boat ride (15 mins to get there, 30 mins to ride, 15 mins back to bus station (so still would've had over an hour of extra time). As we're waiting for the boat to dock and to buy tickets for it (the time was 11:56 a.m.) , we get an email saying that they've managed to find a new bus and it'll be departing at 12:10 p.m. and that if we miss it that our tickets will fall through (meaning we'll have to buy new ones to get back home)💀 We literally ran to the bus terminals and barely made it, along with other passengers who were pissed bc they also almost missed it as it was such short notice

they be at hella random spots 😭 show up at LEAST 20 mins early to find them. i used to take them alll the time from philly to nyc

Depending on where you're going, I highly recommend checking out Trailways (including PeterPan) sometimes a bit more money for a ticket, but actual customer service

I’m at a truck stop and a Flix bus just dropped everybody offand left. Idk if this is a drop off/pickup spot for them but they been out here since early this morning with all their stuff

Wait lowkey w flixbus I just go to every bus I see in the area and ask the driver if it’s the right bus or to scan my barcode cuz it does get confusing sometimes

When I was visiting my friend I was at the Main Train Station in Hannover ,and it’s a huge Train Station. They randomly changed the platform from 2 to 13 about Ten minutes before Department💔 I luckily got it but a lot of others probably didn’t.

A friend of mine was travelling, the flix bus stopped for a pee break at a random parking lot very empty gas station, they come back and the bus is gone with all their things ☹️

bought a ticket for flixbus to bristol from Cardiff, arrived there 30 mins early jus for it to no arrive at our pickup point and drove off

I booked a flixbus from Newcastle to Heathrow Airport, London, a year in advance for a planned trip. Less than 24 hours before the trip they cancelled it. Managed to find an alternative route and it was AWFUL. National Express on the way back was fantastic, night and day difference

the worst of all bus operators is flixbus. rode it twice and both times it was almost 2 hours late.
