it's a sheave not a pully, A pully is a devices that that transfers power that has a sheave in it

I seen you use a driver on the pto and I about stroked ! I just went threw absolute hell having a machinist drill and tap out my crankshaft after allowing a small engine mechanic in on my unit to change my drive belt. He stripped the hell out of the that bolt. never use a driver on these bolts. hand tighten , then check with a driver. and I didn't see any anti seize on the shaft to being used.

Had the same model mower pulley was bent had to split it off the shaft with a air chisel. But also it ate a couple belts ended up the frame was cracked in 2 places. Had to weld and reinforce it.

The little install/remove wedge tool for automotive stretch belts also work like a champ for mower belts...
