No excuses, but there are reasons to keep in mind. She is a daughter too, with her own parents who raised her is aome sort of environment that shaped her, she has led her own life of trial.and errors,she is human, she is also experiencing her own Journey in this life for the first time. Once you can see her as an individual outside of the role of "Mother" the perspective shifts a little and allows you some level.of acceptance, boundaries and u understanding of the human condition. 🥰

Sadly, No Contact has become a trend encouraged by influencers and unethical therapists who are unable to see the other side of the story. Although it's necessary in some cases, It's a lose-lose strategy when it's used for regular family conflicts, because without communication, nobody heals. Without healing, the cycle doesn't break, it's simply the beginning of a new cycle 🌀
