I tell everyone sleep gap is lowkey fire. I go to bed a couple hours after he does, but lay in bed with him doing my own thing. He wakes up and gets to do his own thing while I sleep. I think ppl who live w their partners need some time to decompress separately.

I’m married and a night owl who loves sleep so I get up really late. Idk why the comments are acting like this is a bad thing in a relationship. My husband gets the morning to have him time and do his hobbies and I get the same in the evening. We get the other like 16 hrs in the day to have the same schedule
