I didn’t feel any pain at all when pushing (I got the epidural). I just felt like a light type of push down but I didn’t experience ring of fire. No screaming, just calm and we where listening to music and talked between the contractions. My experience was great and I would do it again!! This was also my first birth and I was SO scared before it, now I want to birth again!
