@selmamakescents: Day 15 of 365 🤎 Let me be clear before anybody comes in the comments with the dramatics.🙃 I am not asking you to go outside looking unpredictable. I am not telling you to stop getting your nails done. I am not telling you to give up your self care. I am asking you to learn ONE thing you can do yourself. ‼️Just one. Because yesterday we talked about the beauty tax and how being a woman who takes care of herself costs over $10,000 a year. And the move is not to go without. Here is how I personally think about it. I will never do my own nails. Ever. That is a non negotiable for me and I have budgeted for it. But my toes? I can handle that at home. My eyebrows? I do those myself. My hair? I am actively learning right now because $300 every six weeks adds up fast and I want some of that money back. That is the energy. Not deprivation. Strategy. It is also completely okay to budget for the things you do not know how to do yet or simply do not want to do. Self care is part of the budget. It just needs to be an intentional line item. Know what you will always pay for. Learn what you can do yourself. Budget for both with intention. Here is your Day 15 move 💰 Pick one thing on your maintenance list that you could realistically learn to do at home. #SelfCare #diyselfcare #moneymoves #financialliteracy
