I don't think any spell that costs a lot of mana can really be considered overpowered, the whole point of being expensive is that it should be strong. I think it would be like Drannith or Teferi's, Swat or Breach, Thoracle or Fierce Guardianship, Tainted Pact or Necro, Food Chain or Burgeoning/Exploration. Cards that win or put you in an extremely favorable position for cheap or free.
