Heads up, do NOT have unprotected schmex AT ALL until AFTER you ovulate!! We got pregnant twice from doing the deed 5-6 days before I ovulated, thinking we were safe 😅

It also takes having a very consistent cycle honestly. I know this because I am VERY well informed on how to do NFP and also VERY pregnant with my 2nd NFP baby because I was still breastfeeding and not having regular cycles yet 😅
