Bonus tip: eat a sour candy! Idk the science behind it but someone once told me to try it when I was having anxiety at work (as someone who isn’t anxious so I felt the clear anxiety in my body as discomfort) and once I tasted the candy it was literally instant relief!! 🤯

I have a very hi anxiety daughter that has panic attacks..our go to is to force her to play UNO. It switches something up in the brain (prob like puzzling) calms & centers her. Works every time!
