And that’s just about exactly as it unfolds. One day you are enjoying family time and the very next, you have never put me or my kids first, you’ve never done anything for us, we are after thoughts. Flashback to the morning before they went nc that afternoon -“the kids missed you so much yesterday! They were glad to get back to Mimi’s house today!” I was sick the day before and couldn’t babysit while their parents worked. That afternoon I said no to a request of my daughter in law, they immediately went nc after picking the littles up. I was told this all could have been avoided had I just said yes.
