@hommathefoodie: Japanese Hamburg in Tokyo, Japan Ohayo Hommas, I hope you're doing well! I know I shared Yamamoto no Hanbagu (山本のハンバーグ) before but I wanted to share this place again because it's so good. It is a chain restaurant with maybe 10 locations in Tokyo, but each location has a slightly different menu. Also, the interior is cute. Hamburg is a mix of beef and pork, and it's served with brand rice. The day I visited, they were using Miyagi rice. Overall, a solid spot to try Japanese Hamburg in Tokyo.
