Chuck Roast Burnt Ends 🥩💨🔥 These right here never disappoint… Whether it’s a summer bbq, holiday party or game day, you can’t go wrong with these on the menu! FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS - ~3 lb Chuck Roast (Pro tip: Make sure it's well marbled) - Yellow mustard - BBQ rub of choice - 2-3 tbsp of brown sugar - 5-6 tbs of butter - 3/4 cup BBQ Sauce of choice Note(s): Measurements are estimated, adjust ingredients to your personal preference. DIRECTIONS 1. Cut the chuck roast into bite size cubes (~1.5 inch cubes) then lightly coat them with yellow mustard and season all sides with bbq rub. 2. Place them on the smoker at 250°F until they develope some bark and reach around 165-175° internal (2-3 hours) then take them off the smoker and place them in a large pan. Sprinkle on brown sugar and more bbq rub. Add the pats of butter and drizzle on some bbq sauce then cover tightly in foil. 3. Place them back on the smoker until they reach are probe tender and reach around ~200-205°F internal (1-2 hours). Once done, remove the foil and let the sauce tack up for ~15-20 minutes then pull them off the smoker. 4. Let them cool for ~10-15 minutes & ENJOY! 🙌🏻 • • • • #explore #cooking #food #bbq #fyp
