@skytwylite__: The best way to get smooth skin that professionals use in post production specifically in Photoshop to get that smooth skin that has less red spots and dark spots and really clear skin is called frequency separation. I am not a pro retoucher I am a fashion photographer, but I use this method often, so this is the process of how to edit in this style. You start by duplicating the layers and then renaming them texture and colour. Then you put a Gaussian blur on the colour layer. And then drop-down menu use image apply on the texture layer from there you are going to use the lasso tool to blur areas of the colour that you don’t like and the patch tool to move imperfections to different places to remove texture skin. @Adobe Creative Cloud I personally use Adobe creative cloud when I edit but I don’t know if there’s other methods of using software to create the same effect.

just a bit of tip, if you turn down the gaussian blur a bit down possibly even to half of what you're using, you get a much better separation on your texture layer. I noticed that at 45, you have some of the color appearing along you high frequency layer.
