Buffalo Chicken Caesar Wraps 🔥🌯 FOR THE DRESSING: 2-3 garlic cloves, chopped  2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 tbsp Dijon mustard tsp  2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 cup {240 g} mayonnaise ⅓ cup {80 ml} olive oil ½ cup {15 g} grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp anchovy paste ½ tsp cracked black pepper TO MAKE THE DRESSING: In a medium bowl, whisk the garlic, lemon juice, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Whisk in the mayonnaise, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, anchovy paste, and pepper. Cover and set aside. **OPTIONAL: I put a little caesar dressing in a cup to the side and added buffalo sauce to it!** FOR THE CHICKEN: 2 chicken breasts, split in half  olive oil garlic power onion powder smoked paprika cayenne salt pepper buffalo sauce Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) 2. Brush chicken with olive oil and season liberally with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt, & pepper 3. Bake chicken in oven for 25 minutes or until cooked through  4. Take chicken out and let rest for 5 minutes  5. Cut into cubes or strips and put into a bowl 6. Pour buffalo sauce onto chicken and coat evenly LETTUCE: 1 large head of Romaine Lettuce Croutons  Grated Parmesan Cheese Cracked Black Pepper Wash and chop the lettuce to your liking. Then mix some of dressing (save some to dip your wrap into) croutons, parmesan cheese & cracked black pepper. Mix well.  PREPARING THE WRAP: Place down a large tortilla (I wrapped mine in a damp paper towel and put in microwave for 30 seconds so it was easier to roll with) Place down your lettuce, croutons, then chicken, & more lettuce on top Add a sprinkle of parmesan cheese  Roll your wrap  You can keep it how it is or toast it in a pan with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
