No contact works best when it is not used as a strategy. Don't use it to punish her or prove a point. When you decide to go no contact. See it as working away and reclaiming your dignity. Do it for you, for you healing, to improve yourself. Don't ever expect her to come back. When you truly do this for you. You go through the pain and withdrawal syndrome but come out a much better stronger person and that should be the end goal. Even if she comes back you will realize you don't even need her anymore.

I was doing the calling and I stopped she did not even call to check on me. So we broke up without say it and after I lost my dad 1 month after not talking, my friend told her about it she didn’t even call. Then I realized I was not valued.
