yes you can this is false. I did this exact thi g for 3 months and Sundays I eat everything and anything I wanted and lost 35 pounds. I still continue to do this. Everyone is different in how the body responds

The key word here is “day”. A day is too long, but if you have just one cheat meal a week & you don’t have some insane stretched out stomach, you absolutely can eat whatever you want for that one meal (and have a modest lunch and no breakfast that day). I have abs and I’m ripped, and at least one meal a week, I’ll eat whatever I want. Last week that was a trip to In n Out - 3 double doubles and milk shake (yummy). Sometime it’s pizza and beer, other times pasta, wings, etc, basically whatever I want and I still keep the abs and definition, but like I said, it’s one meal not an entire day. You can eat 6k calories in a day, but not in a single meal.

I have a cheat meal on Saturday or Sunday. I’ve been maintaining a 100 pound loss in 13 months . Low carb hi protein diet. Work out 5 days a week.

It's actually good to have one cheat day per week! The body is smart and it's adopting to only healthy food. Therefore you will not have the results you're looking for. A cheat day surprises the body.
