i really like this video because based on the hashtag “nostalgia” i believe the op is portraying the sadness and reflection involved in feeling nostalgic. the high saturation on the green and the high contrast between the light and dark colours demonstrates the legitimate use of an old camera and further proves that feeling of sentimentality. these visuals paired with the sound choice really enforces the wistfulness, as it gives the impression that looking back on the past can be a bitter, numbing feeling. the simpleness of the notes in the beginning symbolise how life is simple, but as the video continues the sound becomes more complex, reflecting the growth of humans and our paths in life becoming more complicated. i also believe the laggy camera may sympathise how life does not always go smoothly and our journey to the end will be staggered, but eventually we will find peace. (am practicing english gcse also keep me on this side of tiktok🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻)
