You were supposed to learn how to clear the water. Real regulation looks like: • moving your body • slowing your breath
• rest without guilt
• sunlight
• cold water
• nourishing meals
• restorative sleep
• people who feel safe You’re not removing the stress.
You’re diluting it. Not one big reset.
