It is a longing to meet him, a hope to be among those who receive his intercession, and a sincere effort to be counted among his followers. The more I learn about him, the more my love increases, as if my heart was created to be filled with his remembrance and reverence. He is the beloved who is never forgotten, the light that never fades, and the example that can never be equaled. O Allah, bless me with true love for him, keep his reverence firm in my heart, make me among his sincere followers, and unite me with him in the highest levels of his final abode.
