You can actually do a way better home made PCB version with paper transfer, ink jet printer, a clothes iron, an acid bath and a copper covered FR4 substrate.

That's neat looking but they make wires that are insulated, thinner, WAY less prone to interference (those things are practically fucking antennae, gonna pick up radio signals and shit), retain their shape when bent, AND can be crossed over each other since they're insulated.

You'll need high heat resistance FDM filament to achieve this ✌😉

Can we just use conductive filament to print our traces?

but isn't it possible aswell if you use conductive spray paint and having the lifted area be insulated by sanding the extra spray?

Or use copper infused, PLA or PET G

hey I heard there's really cheap options to PCB etching chemicals that you can buy at home,
couldn't I just 3d print a layer of plastic onto a blank PCB and then submerge it?

yeah but I can get 5 custom PCBs for $2 from China these days, and the quality is way better.

bs. you can make it even easier without 3d printer... just like we did it in the 90s

yeah that cool but for multilayer PCB you would need to use reverse method which is making dent for copper taper cut it and make another layer it works in theory but it might be tedious to do
