Not only is it soliciting it is entrapment as well! Both criminal acts create a victim. Police officers are not immune to committing any criminal act they choose. Because we learned in Trump vs United States, a Supreme Court ruling on presidential immunity! Any and all unofficial acts are prosecutable, at any time! Which clearly clarifies the fact that if this provision applies to the highest position in government, common sense tells you it would apply to every position in government, both state and federal! Creating victims is an unofficial act of war on the American people not just the victim they created! Because if it can happen to one American, it can clearly happen to millions! And that’s called common sense! So officers let me make this abundantly clear you do not have the immunity you think you do! You can be charged criminally for an unofficial act!!
