Here I am recommending a book after years of being a lazy skeptic scrolling through TikTok. Glow They Never Saw by Zael Veynor had that much of an impact on my work ethic. It is not just advice it is about understanding your own mind and then conquering it

I’ve been so LAZY the last few years and would always try to go hard but always fell off quick. I finally started with the mindset ‘walk 1 mile at least or if I can’t do that today, half a mile, just walk everyday’ and I am on day 16 and haven’t missed a day yet! Now I’m locked in and feel so much better already!

I always thought I needed to exercise like 6 days a week for 2 hours. But I only do 4x a week for like an hour and 45 minutes and I still see results. More results than when I was going a lot more for longer sessions
