Find a mortgage advisor - they can look at every bank for you and tell you which ones might lend. They also help you do the application and can look into what the address issue is

You say it’s your address that’s the issue it’s because you’ve been in a trailer or have moved more then 2 places in last 5 years ? That’s probably the issue because I lived in my trailer for 4 year and moved twice in the same trailer wanted to buy a house but they wouldn’t let me because i didn’t have the same address for more then 5/6 year straight x

Wild when you instantly recognise a local road 😳 we bought up Rambridge crescent and used Hayley from Spire Mortgages as our broker she was recommended to us by my in laws who used her bec they’re self employed and were struggling to get accepted, give her a call she’ll sort you out!

I’m from America so I don’t have a lot of advice on the English buying process but I do a lot of diy and have been burned a few times with water issues. Turn on all the taps and flush the toilets at the same time. Having to replace piping blows! How’s the electric and heating situation? Those are the “totally screwed” expensive fixes. Kitchen wise they took down the upper cabinets why? Down because there was a problem or down because they were working on the kitchen? There’s always a fancy way to hide bullcrap you’ll be stuck fixing. Like check around the windows, ceiling, tub, toilet floor for any rotten or weak areas from any previous leaks. Now all that side how beautiful would you make this place?! I know you and yours would make it the cleanest most beautiful home. Price is a bit high I think tho..
