what makes me ESPECIALLY sick about the michael thing is that his family lives for such a long time. his mother is 95, his father died at 90, his siblings that are still alive are all in their late 60s, early 70s.. michael should still be here

As an exisiting and loyal customer I would never recommend going to Headmasters again. I came in with long hair and clearly explained the style I wanted, but Alexandra completely ignored this and cut it into a short graduated bob — something I never asked for. The result is uneven, badly layered, and disconnected, nothing like the professional finish you’d expect from a salon charging premium prices. She clearly wasn't trained. On the day i was offered a corrective cut for 5 weeks time by Ian. When I returned to discuss the issue, the manager’s attitude was dismissive from the moment I sat down. She told me she didn’t have long as she was with another client and showed little concern about how bad the haircut actually was. Rather than acknowledging the mistake, she seemed more interested in trying her best to get rid of me and not deal with the issue. When I explained that Head Office had already approved a complimentary corrective cut, she looked confused, checked the system, and claimed there was no record of it. I had to show her the confirmation email before she finally accepted it. The fact that she acted as though her colleague never even offered the original complimentary cut is disappointing enough — but given how poor the haircut was, she should have been embarrassed and proactive in offering to fix it herself. Overall, the experience was unprofessional from start to finish and no apology offered from the salon. The quality of the haircut and the customer service were both well below standard. I would never go back, and I strongly advise others to avoid this salon — especially Alexandra.@Headmasters #OhNo
