I watched the entire Dr Gupta video and it’s doesn’t say the amount but the ingredients are gelatin, green tea, ginger & turmeric. But at the end of the video you don’t see a bowl of something to eat 🤨 it’s a bottle of extract called Jelly Fit and it’s about $70 a bottle depending on how many you order🙄🤦♀️NOT what I expected at ALL😏😞
