You need both. Motivation might get you started, but dedication is what gets you to show up when you don’t feel like it Train with people who hold a high standard. On the days you’re lacking, they bring the energy. On the days they’re off, you step up. That environment makes consistency a lot easier And use tools that remove friction. I’ve been using AI through @Kalo to track my calories just by taking a photo of my food. No guessing, no excuses, just clarity and consistency with the goals I set You don’t need more hype. You need better systems that keep you showing up regardless Keep dedicated friends like in your life…could be for selfish reasons but shhh, don’t tell them.
