Found this street food stall in China selling fried rice and fried noodles with plenty of options, including beef, shredded pork, cured pork and Chinese sausage. I went with the Chinese sausage fried rice for just ¥13 (around $1.85 USD). The young guy cooking definitely knows what he’s doing! Just watching his wok technique, you can tell he’s no beginner.
