There’s more nuance than the message from this gentleman. This would be true if racism was legalized within society but the extent of power it has is not race dependent but influence dependent. A poor white man the south doesn’t have any more influence than an affluent black man in NYC. For it to be truly systemic, the legal system would also enable it but it doesn’t. All peoples can be racist and it’s not uniquely a white exclusive character. Power and influence isn’t race exclusive and with the right influence it can be exercised across races.
