I have patients with high Hb 19 and his ferritin and transferrin sat is normal his rbc is slightly high his hct is also slightly high he is non smoker no copd normal o2 saturation . What will be diagnosis? What further investigation and treatment needed?

Abnormal CBC, I have to repeat in 4 weeks and doctor may refer me to a hematologist. Praying that I’m not dying. I’m so sad. I don’t want to worry my family until I know anything for sure. 😢
