I guess the auditor wants us taxpayers to spend our tax money to remodel all public buildings to build small rooms for private interactions. We could get a kios to hand out numbers. When your number is called, you enter a small private room ( insulated rooms with doors) to conduct your business. This would definitely create privacy. It would also stop the videotaping of public employees doing their job.
