@justjayannnn: Actually there is a great difference ng RCRIM and gradute ng PNPA. If sa line of work, yes they are more advantage. They’ll graduate with a rank of an officer but they are still undergraduates or degree holders. But if you’ll truly differentiate it, you as an RCRIM is on the higher level in terms of education because of your LICENSE recognized by the PRC. That alone is their challenge sa work. They will eventually take the CLE with the thought that they will handle a group of professionals so they themselves will aim to be one. I learned this from my previous officer when he gave advice to his lowerclass. “Dapat mu take ka ug board kay imong mga sakop professional/licensed na sila so paningkamot nga ikaw pd.”

Hindi talaga comparable ang RCrim at PNPA graduates, kahit sabihin pang non-license holder ang isa. Magkaibang level ng training at disiplina ang pinagdadaanan sa PNPA. Bilang cadets, 24/7 silang nasa training environment walang alak, walang distractions, limitado ang communication sa loved ones, at naka-focus lang sa academics at training. Madalas madaling-araw pa lang gising na sila para sa physical drills hanggang tanghali, may controlled diet, structured schedule, at may classes pa sa hapon. Bukod pa doon, dumadaan sila sa iba’t ibang specialized training tulad ng firing, rescue, at tactical drills. Kaya hindi maikakaila na malaki talaga ang difference ng training at preparation kumpara sa regular RCrim program.

Walang masama kung RCrim ka o Academy graduate. Basta gampanan ang trabaho, hindi porket Academy ka galing mas mataas ka na, hindi porket Rcrim ka may lisenaya ka eh mas magaling ka. Nasa tao yan kung paano ka magserbisyo na dapat may prinsipyo.

Rcrim pag nag apply sa tri bureau entry level eligibility papasok kang appointed Patrolman. PNPA’ers yan pag dating sa field tig timpla ka parin ng kape nila. Best of luck sa tri-bureau boss!
