My daughter and I were eating the David bars and both of us had stomach issues. We couldn't even go to the bathroom and then when we did, it was horrible so we stopped eating those and then we went to the prima bars. We love them. The only thing I didn't like about them is that they were very oily, but I never tried the other ones.
