Hey ive dealt with the same thing , got my blood checked and my ferritin levels were super low , started eating iron supplements and its gotten way better , dont give up , youll be okay 💕

My middle part was getting like that but my mom bought me the aloe vera leave in from Garnier for every morning and 0,5% tretinoin for every night. I also make sure to touch the sun a bit everyday, now it’s a bit fuller
