The best cream I used when I had really severe eczema was exurax and apro derm oat cream. Now I only have really mild eczema when it’s hot xx

Hi lovely, I changed my clothes detergent to ecover zero fragrance and it’s helped massively. Also try Balmonds salvation balm on her patches or drought secrets calming butter and their zinc. I also use Childs farm fragrance free shampoo and body wash. All together it’s really helped x

Excema is caused generally by allergies to food or topical products eg washing up powder.

Use shampoo QV gentle wash and use ointment aswell. Try fucibet cream on areas affected, and there is an oral solution that helps cetirizine hydrochloride. Ask gp , sometimes the first cream you find it’s not suitable. Try qv brand
