if you really want to enjoy a long healthy life please buy Chia seeds, flaxseed, sunflower seeds, seseam seed, and pumpkin seeds please toast them together with a frypan and blend them together. add 2 table spoons to your papa, custard, oat meal or any other cereals your life will never be the same again.
