@heathershomebakes: hot honey loaf. hot a little browner than I wanted due to the sugar content of the honey but tastes very good. I added the hot honey to the water at initial mix, added cheese and pepperoni during stretch and folds then added more hot honey cheese and pepperoni during shaping. next time I'll leave the lids on a little longer like my sweet loaves. #hothoney #pepperoni #sourdough
