I don't anyone who use pain rest. Nearly every killer main streamer use this one because dbd supports survivors only. So sad to see that if you wanna be competitive killer player u must use the same few perk to apply pressure because without it, no win at all on higher level. Guys, this game will die slowly and steamers like Danina will disappear for ever :(
