Beyond burnt out. It’s not just staff, but having the right support from your manager is just as important. I have learned that the worst thing I went through was being apart of a “bad cop, good cop” situation, everyone should be on the same page!

So inspired by you! Thank you for posting things! I’m currently a leader in a factory, we are so short staffed I wanna cry some days. I took over a shift and started holding the to standards they were not used to, and they are dropping like flies. I’m trying to stay consistent and keep with company standards. I don’t do the hiring, my boss does, but I’m staying strong! Thanks again for sharing your knowledge and experience!

I think management burn out happens. Been there! It’s the days of working doubles, 7 days a week, & sometimes major sleep deprivation. It’s all worth it though. The staff looks up to you. You’re doing a phenomenal job!!!

There is something to be said about positive working relationships. When your boss treats you with respect, you want to do a good job for them. ♥️My boss who hired me in hospitality 4 years ago, ended up being like a grandmother to me. She had a stroke last July and passed in April. It’s not the same without her. I gave 110 percent bc of her and you can always tell the people who have your back and the people who don’t. Cheers to amazing bosses and coworkers ♥️♥️

Can you explain this to both the properties I work at 😂 Both the owners and the management don't understand this. After so many years , I'm tired but I love what I do so I stay. I'm 3 & 4 years in and am the only original person at the front desk.
