If I ever get the chance to be a mum I want to be like you! I always get disappointed when people stop exercising because they are pregnant. If you were doing it before you got pregnant, doctors usually say it’s fine during pregnancy and why would you stop something that’s good for your health and your stress levels?

I really don’t understand why you received any backlash at all. Keeping it healthy body will also help you stay pregnant for as long as you need to, stay strong so that you can push that baby out, and when you work out long before you ever get pregnant, it’s completely safe. I used to bodybuild with my first and second child. This is very safe and healthy for both mind, body, baby, and mom.
