@fooodieverse: Mango crème brûlée?! 🤯 INGREDIENTS - 2 mangos - 1/2 cup whipping cream - 2 tbsp sugar (+ extra for topping) - 1 tbsp lemon juice INSTRUCTIONS 1. Slice the two sides off each mango, avoiding the pit. Scoop out the flesh and set the skins aside - you’ll use them as your serving cups. 2. Blend the mango flesh until smooth and set aside. 3. In a small saucepan, heat the mango puree, heavy cream, and sugar over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the mixture just starts to simmer. 4. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice until fully combined. Let cool slightly. 5. Pour the mixture back into the mango skin cups and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 6.
